Who are Estìans?

I’m going to be honest with you, this is nothing revolutionary. The idea that we need to find some calm in our stressful routines and eat healthier, has been around since processed foods became the norm. The Estìan movement is grounded in trying to find the bridge between these conceptual ideals and practicality. It is about rediscovering the joy of cooking and making it a meditative activity, allowing you to take some time to slow down in your day.

Estìa is not about recipes! Although recipes are useful, the important thing is what these recipes will teach you. For example, my Greek bolognese recipe, introduced in the second week, focuses on teaching you how to season meat properly. Rather than being confined to memorizing ingredient lists and step-by-step instructions, Estìa empowers you to cook intuitively. By the end of this module, you will be able to prepare meals creatively, adapting to the ingredients you have on hand. Embrace the Estìan movement and discover a new way to approach cooking, one that blends mindfulness with culinary expertise, ultimately enriching both your body and mind.

So what do you say, are you ready to become an Estìan?

How it works

Maximize your efficiency.

With my 7-day plan, reduce your cooking time during the weekday by allocating a portion of your time for preparing your food and ingredients on Sunday.

Reduce the stress of cooking during the week, with a plan that ensures you only need 30-minutes a day.

Get all your grocery shopping done in one trip with weekly ingredients lists.

Ditch the classic “one dish a week” meal prep and join me on a calming culinary journey. To learn about the benefits of this schedule in terms of grocery shopping, refer to the Holistic Approach.

Patience is key.

As this is a self paced module, the progress and results are in your own hands. Remember, becoming comfortable in the kitchen takes more than a week!

Building your intuition in the kitchen takes time–and that's ok. As you progress, the recipes will become more intricate (and tastier), you will become more experienced, and reduce your cooking time.

Just like with meditation, it takes time before you notice the impacts on your health (mental and physical).

Conquering your kitchen ecosystem.

Managing a kitchen is not just about making a recipe. It’s about grocery shopping, planning properly, and finding what works for you.

Learn to improvise and adapt with what you have on hand, without being chained to an ingredients list.

Sustainably use your ingredients and save money (recipes that will make you think twice before throwing out onion peels and chicken bones etc.)

The flexibility you need.

Eliminate the need to constantly pause and rewind in a cooking video, by having every step narrated as you perform it.

Set the pace that works for you with detailed, step-by-step instructions that give you the time you need.

Stop memorizing cooking tips and instead understand how ingredients work and interact with each other as you are using them.
